The 3-days silence retreat was really useful for me. It gave me the tools and motivation to be consistent in the practice of meditation. Nidhidhyasana process makes it simple and direct, you can learn easily; these sessions will find the way of making sure that the concepts are clear to you. Also, it emphasizes, that the techniques don't need to be tough to be useful. Just sit, practice and all will come sooner or later.
I can say that after practicing a few times, I already see the outcome. Hope you give this a chance in your life!

It’s hard to imagine that you can achieve so much in a matter of days. But when you really put it all in, all day long for a few days, real magic happens. There were some very important things I discovered in the silent program. Some are personal, and some I can share. Like staying with resistance to sit quietly in self-inquiry, it seemed "too much to handle or pass", but staying long enough made me cross "the wall". I took it as a lesson for the times when difficulties seem too great... Also, I got clarity to understand I care about things I didn`t know are important to me. It's a very special program if you really put yourself in.

My experience in these 7 days silence of extreme connection with my being, where the question: WHO AM I? turn around myself, asking me question myself and look for the essence of my true self. The 3 day silent retreat changed my perception about life and I was more peaceful, focused and could feel a sense of tranquility within myself. Since last several days i was not able to feel that connection within my self as I was not able to decide what to do too be with my self. Suddenly I heard about Nidhidhyasna from one of my friends and finally joined it. After the 3 days retreat, I was able to find myself very peaceful, satisfied and my vision turned more inwards than outside and lot of questions which I had in mind faded away by turning more inwards. Finally, Nidhidhyasna helped me to find my way of life that I was looking for, since the last several years and I understood whatever I am it's all because of my mind and now am more focussed, centred inward and peaceful.
