NIDHIDHYĀSANA

It's not a Meditation technique!

But a simple, gentle silent sitting in Nidhidhyasana (Self-Enquiry)

An opportunity to experience the bliss & Nothingness

Nidhidhyãsana is the Sanskrit name for Self-enquiry. It is also the "Who am I" teaching of Sri Ramana Maharishi. Nidhidhyãsana is the most direct and immediate spiritual way for any seeker who's aspiring for awakening and Self-realization. It's a very simple but cognitive approach that requires no effort at all. This silent retreat firmly establishes one into Nidhidhyãsana.

After completing the retreat one gains complete clarity about life and the Existence.

Essence is this: Unless you know who you truly are, you have lost it! We transmit this knowledge through our silent retreats in which we introduce you to some of the most profound and essential ancient yogic processes that will help you discover your True Self.

Nidhidhyãsana is not another meditation technique, it is simply a silent sitting in Self-enquiry. When you dedicate yourself and are totally involved, you will surely see a significant transformation within you. You can be assured of the following benefits:

  • Clarity in life

  • Restfulness

  • True happiness

  • Peace &  joyfulness

  • Relief of anxiety, depression and stress

  • Increase of energy and mental purity

  • Overall positivity in how you lead your life

Most meditation practices offered are identified with the body, the mind, or the world. Actually, these are supposed to be transcended to know and become the Truth of life. With Nidhidhyãsana, you go beyond the body and the mind and connect directly to your True Self. This makes Nidhidhyãsana, the most simple and direct way to be aware of your existence and reach Nothingness. This will lead you to the end of all suffering.

Our retreats are designed with care and provide only the necessary knowledge needed. We teach the key wisdom that is required for an aspirant to quickly adopt, and feel comfortable, in a silent sitting, easily and consistently. This ancient knowledge is transferred in 3 and 7 days retreats. These retreats are suitable for everyone and there is no need for any prior knowledge or experience.

At the end, you will be provided with tips and key guidance for you to use and make Nidhidhyãsana a part of your daily life. Additionally, you will continue to have guidance, assistance and support whenever you need it.

THE PATH OF NIDHIDHYĀSANA

Sravana

Hearing or listening to the Truth & Wisdom with utmost attention

Manana

Reflecting upon the wisdom learned through Sravana

Nidhidhyāsana

Sit in silence and Self-enquire

Samadhi

Deep thoughtless silence, but still in the domain of mind

Moksha

Liberation, transcendence over body-mind-world

When one matures in Sravana, you experience Manana and then the process moves to Nidhidhyāsana, which is natural.

The direct & immediate spiritual way to attain the Truth is Nidhidhyāsana.

One must live and breathe the Nidhidhyāsana in order to get to the stage of Samadhi, which leads to Moksha.
